Hypnotherapy is a 60-75 minute session. After an initial consultation to determine the client’s goals and discuss the approrpiate approach, a series of relaxation techniques will be used. The goal of relaxation is allow the conscious mind to subside in order to access the subconscious mind where all memories and experiences are stored. The session also includes providing suggestions to help the client address the identified issue while under hypnosis.
