This journal will allow those using the Body Scan Meditation to record the areas where they felt stress within and curiously explore the possible causes of that stress. By repeating this process frequently, participants can begin to identify patterns of emotional/stress responses and determine if there are emotions, feelings, or beliefs that could be addressed to ease their stress.
